Early Careers Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Ready to take your early careers recruitment experience to the next level? Join Aon’s UK Early Careers Talent Acquisition team and help shape the future of our business by attracting and hiring top talent into our Graduate, Internship, Placement, and Apprenticeship programmes.
You’ll work across all Solution Lines, partnering with senior stakeholders and delivering end-to-end recruitment—from innovative attraction campaigns to seamless candidate experiences. You’ll also play a key role in driving diversity and using data and tech to improve outcomes.
This is a great opportunity for someone with early career recruitment experience, ready to take the next step in a global business that values fresh thinking and future talent.
This is a hybrid role based in our London office; you will need to be in‑person 2‑3 days a week, either in the office or supporting events or assessment centres elsewhere in the UK.
We are a collaborative, high performing team fuelled by ideas and innovation from within that have helped achieve industry recognition. From the ISE Outstanding Employer and Solution Provider Recruitment Partnership award, to being named the Highfliers top Graduate Actuarial Employer of Choice at the 2025, we are a leading organisation in Early Careers recruitment and development.
Our team works to innovate and enhance Aon’s inclusive attraction and selection strategies, enabling us to recruit the talent we need to support our clients and grow our business.
We recruit around 200‑250 new colleagues into Apprentice, Summer Internship, Industrial Placement and Graduate roles annually, who join offices across the UK.
As an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will work alongside three other Business Partners and the UK Early Careers Talent Acquisition Manager, and in partnership with the Early Careers Development Programme Team, the TA Support and Administration Team.
The team has responsibility for attracting, selecting and on‑boarding top talent from across UK schools, colleges and universities, and then developing them in partnership with the Talent Development team during their first 12‑18 months at Aon.
In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce. Plus, our agile environment allows you to manage your wellbeing and work/life balance, ensuring you can be your best self at Aon. Furthermore, all colleagues enjoy two “Global Wellbeing Days” each year, encouraging you to take time to focus on yourself. We offer a variety of working style solutions for our colleagues as well.
Our continuous learning culture inspires and equips you to learn, share and grow, helping you achieve your fullest potential. As a result, at Aon, you are more connected, more relevant, and more valued.
