Are you an ECT who has experience with EYFS/ Early Years experience? Are you looking for a new full time role supporting pupils in a nursery & Reception class?

I am currently recruiting for an Early Years Teacher/ ECT support a whole nursery or reception class in Manchester (M33). Starting a long-term position from Jan 2026. You will be working 5 days a week.

Aspire people have worked with this school for a while and feedback is always positive from staff. The school are known to offer contracts and promote people from within, such as ECT's who work as a HLTA are

Responsibilities

As an agency employed TA, the schools will expect you to maintain the standards of a permanent member of staff so the following is expected:

  • Strong EYFS curriculum knowledge.
  • QTS/ PGCE
  • Regular assessments of pupils.
  • Able to engage in learning activities.
  • Confident supporting pupils with Autism and non verbal

Our Manchester team will be available 24/7 for you should you need support with anything.
