Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to commence in September 2026 in a welcoming primary school setting.

This role focuses on KS1 with flexibility for EYFS or KS2 for the right candidate. The position is full-time and based in Stoke-on-Trent, starting September 2026.

The successful candidate will hold QTS, be prepared to work full-time within KS1, and obtain an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, with at least two references provided.

About the role

Are you a passionate and motivated Early Career Teacher ready to begin your teaching journey?

Vision for Education is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Stoke-on-Trent from September 2026.

The school is particularly interested in teachers who are happy to work within KS1, although there is flexibility around specific year-group specialisms. EYFS or KS2 may also be considered for the right candidate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT looking to develop their classroom experience within a supportive primary school environment.

Requirements

The desired Primary Teacher will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to working within a primary school environment.
