Job summary

Booth Welsh Ltd. is seeking a Graduate Outage Planner to join the Strategic Planning department. You will develop detailed, resource‑driven outage plans for specific plant areas and coordinate across Engineering, Maintenance, Operations and Supply Chain to ensure delivery within time and budget.

Qualifications

• HNC in engineering or a relevant technical subject required.
• Knowledge of basic planning principles.
• Able to coordinate across different teams and with different companies and contractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Planning experience with Primavera P6 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully logic linked and resourced level 3 (task) plan for specific plant areas.
• Integrate activities, review logic and resource conflicts, and coordinate with station departments.
• Match work scope to available resources and align group work permits with SAP.
• Coordinate use of common services and facilities within plant areas.
• Maintain plans during outage execution by updating progress and tracking critical path.
• Support leads to revise plans to meet Tech Spec and compliance requirements.
