Marketing Lead opportunity with a high-growth B2B SaaS startup in the North West of England.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional with experience in B2B SaaS products to join a business at a stage where they are poised for considerable growth.

As a talented allrounder, this role will appeal to you as it allows you to flex all of the skills you’ve developed in your marketing career while challenging you to develop further and try new things. You will have previously helped launch new SaaS products and helped devise and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies. You will be joining a small, existing marketing team where you will work collaboratively and play off of each other’s strengths.

Our client’s business has enjoyed impressive growth to date in the cybersecurity space and those who have been on the journey so far have been well rewarded with the kind of benefits rarely enjoyed in other startups of a similar size. It is a full-time office-based role, but when they’re providing you with fresh meals every day and a gym with optional fitness classes too, going to work suddenly doesn’t sound so bad after all.

This role would best suit an experienced marketer in the SaaS startup space who is hands-on, energised by a fast pace of work, enjoys collaborative working, is not afraid to pivot, and is skilled in GTM strategies and campaigns.

What’s involved:

  • Devise and execute GTM campaigns
  • Launch new SaaS products
  • Make data-informed decisions
  • Continue to market existing products ensuring they remain at the forefront of the industry

About you:

  • Several years experience in marketing B2B SaaS products
  • Recent experience working in a startup where you have enjoyed having broad responsibilities
  • Enjoy working on go-to-market strategies (with success!)
  • Looking for an opportunity to be hands-on from the inception of campaigns through to execution
  • You employ various styles of marketing according to a product’s audience
  • Skilled in creating compelling messaging and content creation for blogs, LinkedIn, X, etc.
  • SEO, Google Ads, webinar, and AI skills would be a plus
  • Able to communicate complex information so that it’s easily understood by non-technical audiences
  • Salesforce experience
  • Looking to steer your own personal and professional development in a business that encourages and supports you
  • Ability to work quickly, iterate, and always make decisions informed by data
