Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Head of Sales (Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager with experience in the recruitment sector, particularly within the realms of technology, creative, or marketing industries.

This role is fully remote, offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000, with an uncapped commission structure. With a target-oriented mindset, the successful candidate will primarily focus on generating new business opportunities in both the UK and US markets.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Spearheaded the acquisition of new clients and partnerships within the technology, creative, and marketing sectors, utilizing industry knowledge and network connections to identify and pursue opportunities.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for business expansion, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from initial prospecting to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and consistent communication to drive revenue growth.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align strategies and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in business development within the recruitment sector, ideally specializing in technology, creative, or marketing fields.

Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets, coupled with excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the recruitment industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and best practices, enabling informed decision-making.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences

Compensation:

Base Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Commission Structure: Uncapped commission potential, with an OTE (On Target Earnings) of around £70,000 plus.

Equity and Shares Options: After 12 months of successful employment, equity and shares options will be made available, providing an opportunity for long-term financial growth and participation in the company's success.
