Location: London

Contract Type: Fixed term contract initially - possibility of extension and/or permanent role

Hybrid Working: Ability to be onsite in London for 3 days per week

Your Mission

Troi is looking to expand its exceptional team with individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and ready to contribute to our continued success. As a Talent Partner at Troi, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our clients secure top talent and improve their in-house processes.

Whether it's 1 hire or 200, your expertise will be the driving force behind our clients' success stories.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and create tailored hiring strategies
  • Source, assess, and engage top-tier candidates for all types of roles
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, candidates and vendors/partners, ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all involved
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to adapt our recruitment strategies accordingly

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, specifically in Banking
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in candidate and client networking
  • Strategic and commercial awareness
  • Innovative thinker with a constant focus on understanding new technologies and approaches in the recruitment space
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Experience providing data based reporting
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Experienced in influencing and driving change
  • Self motivated and able to manage own workload
