We are recruiting for a Creative Designer at a Design Agency in Maidenhead. You will be an integral part of the design team, graphically communicating complex business ideas and stories for clients. Your role includes creating concepts, assets, and highly finished materials for presentation, animation, digital, and print projects across various communication briefs, both creative and corporate.

The scope is broad, covering creative development, visualization, concept development, design execution, complex charting, data visualization, information graphics, storyboarding, animation, motion, character development, illustration, and all print and digital media.

Ideal candidates will have a positive, ‘can-do’ creative mindset, ask the right questions, challenge briefs, and push boundaries. A passion for solid design, strong typography, and continuous learning is essential. You should thrive on variety and be confident managing your workload and deadlines within a collaborative team environment.

Experience Required

• A design-related degree/diploma (graphic design, illustration, typography, fine art, or related)
• At least 5+ years in a design role, with experience working to briefs and managing feedback
• Confidence in both creative and artwork abilities
• Proficiency in industry-standard software: MS PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Adobe Acrobat (PC & Mac)
• Hand sketching and digital skills
• Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, creative thinking, collaboration, and ability to deliver high-standard brand concepts
• Strong communication skills to interpret technical and business needs clearly
• Experience working within global brand constraints and communicating them effectively

Additional advantageous experience includes PowerPoint (both technical and creative), data visualization, infographic design, icon development, and WordPress knowledge.
