Amazing new Senior EA role! Hera Search is seeking an experienced and highly capable Executive Assistant to support a newly appointed Head of Private Equity within a leading global asset management firm based in Central London.

This is a high-profile EA role supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced, international private equity environment. There will also be some light touch support to two other junior execs. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the executive’s schedule while working closely with a collaborative and well-established team of Executive Assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive management of the executive’s complex diary, schedule, and priorities
  • Coordinating extensive international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting meeting preparation, scheduling across time zones, and follow-ups
  • Working closely with a team of Executive Assistants to ensure seamless coverage and support
  • Handling confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within private equity or a closely related investment environment
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior-level executives
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
