The Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Group CEO, with businesses spanning multiple sectors and geographies. This is a rare and high‑impact opportunity to partner closely with a dynamic and visionary leader at the helm of a rapidly evolving group with a global footprint.

The role is high‑trust, fast‑paced, and intellectually engaging; you will act as a critical right hand, ensuring the CEO’s time, energy, and focus are optimised across business operations, strategic initiatives, board responsibilities, and key relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Diary & Inbox Management
  • Manage a complex and dynamic calendar spanning multiple businesses, time zones, and international locations.
  • Anticipate, prioritise, and resolve scheduling conflicts while ensuring strategic alignment of time.
  • Monitor and triage high volumes of correspondence with discretion and strategic judgement.
  • Prepare the CEO with agendas, briefings, and context for all meetings and engagements.
Global Travel & Logistics
  • Coordinate international travel across multiple regions and business lines, including flights, visas, accommodations, and high‑level itineraries.
  • Manage logistics for offsite meetings, board sessions, and investor engagements.
  • Maintain agility to respond to last‑minute travel changes or emergent opportunities.
Executive & Personal Support
  • Serve as a trusted proxy for the CEO in internal and external communications.
  • Draft, review, and manage sensitive documents, reports, and board‑level presentations.
  • Conduct research and create briefing materials on strategic initiatives, markets, and partners.
  • Attend meetings as needed, track key actions, and ensure timely follow‑through.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
  • Act as the CEO’s liaison with board members, senior leadership, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Communicate on the CEO’s behalf with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
  • Help build and maintain trusted relationships across business and industry.
  • Represent the Executive Office with professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
Project & Initiative Oversight
  • Drive select cross‑functional or CEO‑led initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Support the CEO’s involvement in industry events and group‑wide brand moments.
  • Liaise with PR, marketing, and communications teams on executive visibility and positioning.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain and refine executive systems including document management, contact databases, and process workflows.
  • Track and reconcile expenses; manage light finance administration for the Executive Office.
  • Oversee VIP logistics, corporate gifting, and group‑wide executive protocols.
Confidentiality & Discretion
  • Navigate high‑pressure and sensitive environments with absolute professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Exercise sound judgement and emotional intelligence in all aspects of the role.
About You
  • Demonstrable experience in a senior‑level EA role supporting a CEO, Chairperson, or Group Executive—ideally in multi‑entity or global environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to support international operations and executive travel.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English; confident communicator with senior stakeholders.
  • Composed and trustworthy with a high level of professionalism.
  • Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and thrives in autonomous environments.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, structured thinking, and deadline‑driven.
  • Well‑versed in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • Comfortable navigating multicultural, cross‑border business dynamics.
What’s on offer?
  • Bi‑annual bonus scheme.
  • 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays).
