Position: Executive Assistant – supporting C‑suite executives within a fast‑paced global consumer goods business

Salary: £60,000

Hybrid set up: 1 day WFH

  • Provide high‑level, confidential support to three C‑suite executives—managing complex diaries, travel, and correspondence
  • Partner with another senior EA to deliver seamless operations and exceptional leadership support
  • Own onboarding, employee experience, and internal engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate conferences, offsites, and team events
  • Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, maintaining a professional environment that reflects company standards
  • Drive process improvements and implement new systems as the office evolves
