About the Client

An exciting international scale-up biotech firm operating in the farming industry. With around 20 in the London office and a growing international presence, this firm is offering innovative solutions to the industry and is at a crucial stage of growth!

About the Role

This is a busy and varied EA and Office Manager role, with responsibilities including (but not limited to):

  • EA support to the CEO (around 80% of the role) - diary and travel coordination, involvement in ad-hoc projects and administration
  • Team Assistant support to the wider leadership team, based across the UK and Spain
  • Office management support - setting up meeting rooms, ensuring maintenance of office appliances and liaising with suppliers
  • Coordinating events
  • Ad-hoc administrative support to the business.
Candidate Specification
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is essential for this position
  • Previous experience of diary management is also required - this does not have to be sector specific
  • Excellent muck-in and positive attitude - happy getting involved in big and small tasks for the team
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good comprehension of MS Office.
Additional Information
  • Salary up to £47K depending on experience and the role comes with additional benefits
  • Hours are 9am - 5pm, with occasional support required out of regular hours
  • Due to the nature of the role, this is a fully office-based opportunity
  • Offices are based a stone's throw from King's Cross / St Pancras.
