Join a forward-thinking company as a Lead Test Engineer in Bristol, where you'll lead a dynamic team focused on enhancing testing capabilities on the Salesforce platform. This role offers the chance to influence technology choices while working in a collaborative environment that values continuous improvement. With a competitive salary and flexible working arrangements, you'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional digital services. Embrace this opportunity to drive innovation and make a meaningful impact in the digital transformation journey.
It’s an exciting time to join the Digital team here at AXA Health, with significant investment planned in all UK&I businesses to transform and deliver new digital services to our customers; and to streamline and automate our business processes. We’re looking for an experienced Lead Test Engineer to join our Engineering team, to help with the delivery of our digital roadmap, develop our people and capabilities, and support our Engineering strategy to drive improvements across all teams.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a product-led operating model. In this model, all our teams align with value streams, which means that we have the necessary resources to take an idea from conception to completion with minimal handoffs. Our current focus is on developing our Single Digital Platform, which is based on Salesforce and involves a significant .NET estate, use of Azure services, and React frontend web applications.
As a Lead Salesforce Test Engineer, you will learn about recent technology trends and be able to influence the organisation to make the right choices. Our engineers are highly collaborative, respect opinions, and strive for continual improvement. You will contribute to our motivating atmosphere, where people feel energized and enthusiastic about achieving common goals. At AXA, we prioritize working smart and empower our employees to find a balance between working from home and the office, which can include local offices in Leeds, Middlesbrough, Bristol, Tunbridge Wells, and Bournemouth, or travel for business purposes. Flexible working arrangements are also available and can be discussed with Talent Acquisition.
