The Director of Sales will

• Report to the General Manager
• Have a strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results, and demonstrate your network knowledge
• Develop new business and account manage the existing business, primarily within Corporate and MICE sectors; knowledge of other sectors is an asset
• This is a standalone role with no direct reports

As Director of Sales you will have

• Experience as a Director of Sales or Sales Manager at minimum
• High standards, a can-do attitude, results-driven, with excellent attention to detail
• A strong commercial outlook, sales and revenue focus, and determination to achieve results
• Flexibility to visit clients and a good understanding of the Sheffield area
• Excellent customer care, communication, account management, and negotiation skills

You must have hospitality industry experience, currently reside in the UK, and have the right to work.
