The role:

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will spearhead the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including digital, content, and event marketing, to increase brand awareness and support the business development (BD) efforts of our sales consultants.

The role will encompass strategic planning, brand management, content creation, social media management, market analysis, and performance metrics. Overseeing a small but talented team, you will also form part of the company’s wider management team. You will collaborate closely with divisional leadership to ensure alignment with our business goals, helping to foster a positive and inclusive work culture through internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.

You will be in charge of.....

  • Strategy development: creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the overall business, supporting each team individually.
  • Brand management: ensuring messaging and branding across all channels and touchpoints is consistent and aligns with our positioning towards top leaders.
  • Content creation and thought leadership: overseeing the creation of engaging and insightful thought leadership pieces (blog posts, podcast episodes) about leadership and talent trends to showcase our deep expertise and extensive global networks.
  • Social media management: managing our presence on LinkedIn and other social media to increase followers and engagement, ultimately building awareness and driving leads.
  • Market analysis and performance metrics: conducting market research to monitor what competitors are doing and ensure we are positioned to succeed in the market.
  • Online presence: managing the existing website and the creation of the new, fully SEO-optimised company website (project for the 2024-25 financial year).
  • Event management: liaising with organisers to guarantee the company’s presence at landmark events across our key industries, including designing booths and printed deliverables. You will also oversee corporate entertainment events for clients.
  • Brand partnerships: managing relationships with premium consumer and professional services brands with whom we have partnerships.
  • Management, leadership and company culture: reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with the company’s top leadership to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with our overall strategy. You will help to maintain a positive and inclusive work culture by playing a pivotal role in internal initiatives (e.g., awareness days and internal events).
  • Corporate Social Responsibility: organising and promoting internal fundraising initiatives as well as the next Venari Partners Challenge, our external CSR campaign. This will involve liaising with tour providers and influencers to deliver the project, supporting social media and content creation to promote the initiative, facilitating communication with participants and sponsors, and promoting the campaign to maximise donations.

You will have.....

  • Relevant marketing experience, ideally from a reputable SME that has grown.
  • Alignment with the Venari Partners mission and positioning towards senior audiences – ideally backed up by experience working in the professional services area (consulting, banking, law…).
  • Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies that challenge the industry.
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Experience creating and editing content across graphic, video, and audio formats. Adobe Suite proficiency is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive and resourceful approach to achieving results.
