AV Project Manager (High-End Bespoke)

The role of AV Project Manager involves managing multiple high-end residential projects simultaneously, primarily focusing on bespoke home automation and high-end cinema systems. Projects will include both new builds and retrofits, requiring your skills and experience to excel. You must have a minimum of 5 years of residential AudioVisual Project Management experience to be considered. You will be working with some of the most advanced audio-visual systems available today, so the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget is essential.

You must have expertise in the following areas:

• Crestron Home, Lutron Integration, Control4
• Bespoke Cinema and IT Home Networks
• Engineering (contract and in-house) and project time management
• Client-facing skills
• Managing AV residential projects that can involve budgets in the millions

Due to the nature of the role, you should demonstrate a thorough understanding of schematics and wiring diagrams and be able to collaborate effectively with other trades on site. Industry qualifications from Cedia, Crestron, or related manufacturers should be clearly indicated in your CV.
