Our client is seeking a supportive, knowledgeable and empathetic HR Officer Manager to join a new growing business.

An exciting opportunity for a compassionate, supportive and acquainted HR Officer Manager has come within a business which is growing exponentially.We are seeking to add a HR Office Manager who can contribute with providing expert advice, coaching and guidance to a team of human resource staff.

What would the ideal candidate will look like?

The ideal candidate for this role would be a candidate that can act confidentially, be very supportive, and empathetic with previous experience in people management at senior advisor level or above. A good working knowledge of employment law, and attention to detail is very necessary.

Key day-to-day job tasks

·Supporting the business with advice and coaching on employee relations and issues including disciplinary, grievances and performance management.

·Providing expert advice, coaching and guidance to the business.

·Carrying out extensive people due diligence as part of the acquisitions process.

·Managing transition, and integration of acquisitions including restructuring where applicable.

·Reporting - monthly, quarterly and annual team performance.

·Contributing to implementation of new HRIS.

·Implementing and managing the benefits platform.

·Drafting people policies, and updating Staff Handbook.

·Wellbeing to include EAP, DSE and wellness referrals.

·Managing sickness, maternity, and staff absence.

·Recruiting and selection of new team members.

·Managing occupational health and safety

Work mode option: Hybrid up to 3 days (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).

Terms: Travel occasionally (London) if required. Full-time, Permanent

Salary/Rate:

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 17:00 pm
