Document Automation Specialist – 12 Month FTC

Bristol, Leeds, London, Newcastle, Plymouth & Southampton

Up to £65,000

A Document Automation Specialist is sought by this Legal firm to lead and manage a newly created team and ensure that new technology or processes are adopted effectively and efficiently across the firm. Key Responsibilities of the Document Automation Specialist

  • Working within Technology Transformation team to support our deployment of Contract Express across the firm.
  • Identifying opportunities to use, develop and apply CE to deliver legal services.
  • Explaining to lawyers how it works, what benefits it will provide and then automate templates to the defined requirements.
  • Stay engaged with the solution, continuously building in enhancements and improving capabilities.

Skills & Attributes of the Document Automation Specialist

  • A minimum of 2 years experience working within a professional services environment (preferably a law firm).
  • Proven practical experience of Contract Express (standalone or integrated HighQ version):
  • Working with lawyers to prepare and advise on mark ups of templates
  • Testing and mobilisation of automations
  • Knowledge of administration of the templates – incl. configuring permissions, workflows and profiles.
  • Troubleshooting, supporting or training others on templates
  • Experience of other complimentary products including TR Matter maps/ Fast draft, DocuSign integration and use of external tables/ API configurations.
  • Ideally experience or at a minimum knowledge of Thomson Reuter's HighQ platform, incl. integrations with third party systems such as AI tools.
