This appointment will play a key role in the overall growth of the business and the candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a strategic thinker and have a real drive to hit KPI’s and sale targets.

The role is a Full-Time Hybrid role with 2 days a week in the office at our London Boutique at 70 Wapping Wall, London E1W 3SS.


· Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s internal processes and the Bridal industry.

· Work closely with existing wholesale accounts to drive new product, sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

· Develop and manage the wholesale New Business sales strategy with focus on new revenue accounts, key accounts, and market territories to drive growth, sales, and profits.

· Work towards KPI sales targets and manage the acquisition of profit margins for relative sales channels.

· Be the main point of contact for existing wholesale accounts to drive customer success.

· Support the Wholesale Sales Administrator with follow up customer communications to close sales on repeat orders.

· Management of low performing accounts, to ensure we have the best representation possible for each exclusivity area.

· Develop and implement wholesale outreach strategies for existing accounts.

· Provide necessary data and reports to support full sales cycle management and post-sale support.

· Produce and present weekly and quarterly reports to show progress vs KPIs, department trends and any other insightful information regarding sales activities.

· Bring forward strategic plans to address areas for opportunity and once agreed, lead the team through implementation and execution.

· Work closely with our merchandising, production, and logistics teams to facilitate effective management of customer expectations in terms of product deliveries and other updates.

· Work closely with our design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure customers are informed of all news, events, and updates.

· Support the finance team with chasing late payments and addressing such issues with customers as needed.

· Support wholesale customers from all company departments (production, logistics, design, sales, finance, and marketing), to ensure they are kept up to date, and the company is supporting them.

· Strategic management and coordination of our trunk shows to ensure seamless movement of the collections and keep customers informed of notable information for the event while pivoting strategy as needed.

· Collaborate with the marketing team on a marketing strategy that facilitates wholesale trunk show/event promotion and sales results.

The successful candidate will.

  • Have 2 plus years’ experience within bridal wholesale.
  • Willingness to travel to for key Industry Tradeshows
  • Work well independently as well as in a team
  • Have exceptional relationship building skills.
  • JOOR or Zedonk Experience is desirable.

· Highly competent IT skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
