Regional Operations Director – Contract Catering – East Midlands/Staffordshire

Up to £65k per annum, car or mileage allowance plus benefits – 52 weeks

My client is a multi sector contract catering company who are passionate about providing an exceptional catering service to their clients. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced dedicated, fully flexible Operations Director to take overall responsibility of contracts, clients and Operation Managers within their area. My client is looking for someone with previous Senior Operations Director Management experience particularly within the Education sector. You will provide effective and robust leadership to your senior management team, ensure client contracts are operating within their contractual terms and have exceptional financial and business acumen. You will have effective communication skills and strong financial acumen.

My client is looking for someone who is able to drive the business forward, implement strategies to deliver business requirements. The successful candidate will come from a quality focused contract catering company at Director level or a seasoned Senior Ops Manager ready for their next step into Directorship. Experience within the Education sector is desirable. Ideally you will live in the Staffordshire or south of the East Midlands region. My client is offering a salary of up to £65k circa, company car, laptop, phone and pension. This is a 52 week position.
