Please note this is a full-time hybrid role with 3 days working in the office and 2 days working remotely.

Established in London over 25 years ago, we now operate in over 125 countries, working with various celebrities, sports personalities, music artists, DJs, producers and independent labels.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a determined, capable and intelligent individual, with a proven track record working in the music and talent world. 

A successful candidate will be a seasoned marketing expert with a strong grasp of a wide variety of marketing principles and tools. 

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media – Planning & creating content, writing, posting, researching trends, and managing paid advertising on MN2S channels. 

CRM - Develop email marketing strategies and automation workflows to nurture leads and maintain consistent engagement with customers.

Analytics - Analyse campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to optimize future strategies.

E-Marketing – Creating on-brand mailers/campaigns for the agency.

PR/SEO – handling incoming media inquiries to build on our SEO effort, outreach for SEO purposes where needed, general PR outreach to increase awareness/visibility of MN2S, with a view of creating more website traffic/leads

Creative - Coming up with concepts/ideas for talent to promote the agency.

General Assistance across the agency’s marketing efforts as directed by CEO.

Selection Criteria: 

  • 5+ Years of talent/music business marketing experience. 
  • Experience managing large data feeds, complex analytical tasks and working with large datasets.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute advanced marketing plans. 
  • Displayed knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Strong grasp of CRM management. 
  • Intelligent, resourceful and conscientious character.
  • Experience producing successful E-Marketing campaigns. 
  • Proactive attitude with initiative and enthusiasm
  • Outstanding time-management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Previous experience with link building, Google Analytics, Search Console.
  • Previous experience with CMS (WordPress preferably)
  • Experience using Photoshop, Illustrator and Video Editing Software.
