About the Role:

As a Paid Media Account Director, you will lead a team of paid media specialists to develop and execute innovative paid media strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of paid media accounts, ensuring campaigns are optimized for maximum performance and ROI
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on media planning, budget allocation, and campaign execution
  • Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting, identifying key insights and opportunities for optimization
  • Foster strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for all paid media inquiries and escalations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to deliver integrated marketing solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the team and clients
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media management, with a focus on digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media accounts and driving measurable results
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to clients and senior stakeholders
  • Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals
