Job description

Account Director - PFI Healthcare - Manchester - 90k - 100k plus 15% bonus, car/allowance.

A strong and intelligent leader and communicator is required for this large, challenging, and interesting PFI contract in Manchester, which is 13 years old with a further 17 years remaining. This contract is unique in that the Hard FM services are delivered by another FM business, and this role involves managing the Lifecycle fund.

Following a recent re-focus on this contract, the successful candidate will need excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to energize and motivate teams across the contract, and a solutions-oriented approach. Strong knowledge of PFI contracts within the healthcare sector is essential.

This role oversees 5 sites, including an aging retained estate.
