Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our team.

As the Tridium Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Channel & Product Marketing activities and defining the product requirements for the EMEA region using market intelligence and VOC.

You will also collaborate closely with our offering managers to successfully launch new NPI and define the product requirements for:

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and lead the Channel Marketing and Product Marketing activity, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing and product strategies.
  2. Collaborate with product managers to develop and implement product marketing plans for new and existing offerings and NPI, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  3. Create and manage a live product roadmap including promotions, NPI, and EOL, ensuring sales and customer service teams are informed and prepared.
  4. Create new licensing models when required based on EMEA customer VOC for portability partners.
  5. Manage the marketing budget and collaborate with the EMEA finance team for effective budget forecasting and control.
  6. Lead the software development team in EMEA to deliver new offerings and product developments specific to the EMEA market.
  7. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, and use this information to drive EMEA product requirements in collaboration with offering management.
  8. Monitor and analyze NPI performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure effective communication and alignment of product and marketing initiatives.
  10. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance marketing efforts and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product marketing leadership roles, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the smart buildings market within the EU.
  • Strong BMS technical knowledge including hardware, software, and SaaS offerings.
  • Experience working with offering managers to successfully define and launch new products.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
