Salary: A GBP 13.31 per hour / A GBP 27,684.80 based on 40-hour week + additional on-call payment

Job Description

This is a joint role supporting both the onsite workshop and the field service engineers. The role also includes being on the on-call, out-of-hours rota.

The workshop responsibilities include repairs and reconditioning of wheelchairs and submitting quotes.

The field service engineer's role involves carrying out repairs and maintenance to wheelchairs within clients' homes.

Physical Demands of the Job

• Moving and handling equipment and accessories following handling guidelines

Ideally, candidates will possess an engineering background, but full training will be provided for the right applicant.

You need to be able to work in a fast-moving environment, maintain accurate and detailed records, and communicate effectively with team members and clients in their homes.

Full UK driving license required.
