Client Location: London/Maidenhead - Hybrid

Starting: April 2024

Salary/Pay Rate: £43.96 per hour PAYE

Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

Are you passionate about crafting compelling narratives and engaging content to drive transformational change within an organization? Our client is seeking a talented Senior Executive Communications Manager to amplify the vision of the Vice President and Managing Director across UK & Ireland, Middle East, and SSA regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an employee communications strategy to foster internal culture and drive transformative change.
  • Elevate the executive voice and brand of our VP/MD as a thought leader, connecting employees with organizational priorities.
  • Lead content creation for various channels including emails, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and video scripts.
  • Manage communications for change initiatives and team announcements.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create visually engaging materials to complement written communications.
  • Support the execution of executive-sponsored internal events.

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders and cross-functional teams to craft compelling narratives.
  • Experience in understanding and adapting executive style and voice for internal communications.
  • Dynamic presentation skills for all-hands meetings and internal events.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
