Job Opportunity: Data and Performance Analyst

1. Utilize Power BI to report on overall performance, including KPIs for new and existing contracts. Collaborate with partners to identify and implement improvements.
2. Create data dashboards and monthly reports to monitor contracts, spend, performance issues, and improvements in supplier performance.
3. Support the implementation of the Commercial and Procurement Strategy, considering wider opportunities, risks, innovation, and social value.
4. Lead development and delivery of Power BI dashboards for contract monitoring, including benefits management and social value.
5. Contribute to establishing a center of excellence in contract and commercial management, providing guidance across the organization.
6. Offer commercial support through effective contract administration, assurance, and performance management.

Location: Hybrid (average 2 days in Mansfield office)
