We own and manage around 13,000 homes within the Borough of Rochdale in Greater Manchester. We are the largest provider of affordable housing in the Borough and, in an economic environment where the supply of housing is at its most challenged, we take very seriously our responsibility for supporting the people who live in our homes and communities to live well and thrive.

We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Director of Business Improvement to join us on our journey.Asa member of oursenior leadership team, a key focus of the rolewill be to work with the Executive and Directors to embed new thinking and new ways of working across our teams. Working in partnership with fellow Directors, you will make sure we have a cohesive plan to lead us through change and help all colleagues to play their role in our future success.

You will be skilled in delivering successful change through multiple project teams, a proven relationship builder who can influence, innovate, engage, improve and transform bringing together activities and help us to transition to a new operating model that will deliver the best services demanded by our customers.
