Overview

The Etail Apprentice will work closely with the Assistant Etail Manager and the wider Etail team to help execute & deliver the online strategy. They will be responsible for coordinating digital marketing and admin tasks for new product launches, key campaigns and support the day-to-day function of both the online department stores & pure player accounts. Sitting within the National Accounts Team, the role involves working alongside the Assistant Etail Manager & Etail manager to support key business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Asset Management: Review and coordinate assets for launches and key campaigns, ensuring they are ready to share with retailers by their requested deadlines. Includes renaming, filing and sharing assets to relevant retailers. Owning retailer asset portal uploads. Completing expired assets audits across all accounts, monitoring retailer's actions, managing timelines and flagging any potential issues to relevant account manager.
  • Etail Toolkits Management: Download toolkits for all launches and key campaigns, ensuring they are ready to share with retailers by their required deadlines.
  • Manage New Line Forms for all Etail accounts: Populating data set-up forms for all launches and products for Etail accounts. Liaise with Operations team to manage and meet strict deadlines. Conducting SEO updates to product page copy per retailer with support of Assistant Etail Manager.
  • Design Team Briefing: Supporting account managers to brief the Design team for creative required for launches and key campaigns. Conducting reviews of launch toolkits to ideate relevant content for the UK market. Briefing asset resizes where required. Action adhoc design requests from account managers.
  • Digital Team Briefing: Brief account specific social content for all retailers to the Digital team. Collaborate with account managers and Digital Team on content ideas. Monitor completion deadlines.
  • Competitor & Website Audits: Conduct site audits for all retailers on a weekly basis. Capturing key brand coverage for NPD launches and key calendar moments e.g. Black Friday and Sales periods. Compile competitor activity into a monthly report, presenting insights and findings back to the wider team.
  • Industry Trend Analysis: Monitor trends in the beauty and digital sectors, providing recommendations for growth opportunities.
  • Team Admin Support: Assisting the wider commercial team on adhoc requests to support day-to-day functions.
