Job summary

Superdrug in Wirral invites applications for an E-Store Sales Adviser role. You will ensure online orders are picked, packed and posted with care, delivering outstanding service to our online customers.

You’ll also work on the shop floor, restocking shelves and helping customers find what they need, bringing energy and friendly service to our team.

This fixed-term contract is 8 hours per week with flexible shifts; piercing service training is provided and benefits include store perks.

Qualifications

• Accuracy and attention to detail required for order picking and in-store service.
• Confident and clear communication with customers and teammates.
• Passion for retail and delivering great customer service.
• Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services with training provided (not essential).
