• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Experience liaising with sub-contractors, negotiating, and producing quotations.
• Understanding of contracts and service level agreements.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft suite and CMMS.
• Ability to achieve tight deadlines and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining a Maintenance Plan for scheduled and unscheduled activities.
• Liaising with Engineers to ensure compliance with schedules and contracts.
• Managing job tickets on FSM and ensuring contractual requirements are met.
• Optimizing resources to increase productivity.
• Evaluating work schedules and implementing improvements.
