Job summary
Procter & Gamble are seeking motivated electricians to join the London West Thurrock site as E&I Technicians. You will maintain electrical equipment, troubleshoot circuits, install and repair as needed, and support operations with proactive maintenance.
The role requires shift work, including nights, and working within strict safety guidelines. The role offers a starting salary of £63,501 per annum including a £175 weekly shift premium, with potential progression to £65,184 in the same role.
Qualifications
- Maintenance of electrical equipment and troubleshooting circuit problems.
- Experience with PLC (Allen Bradley) control systems.
- SCADA instrumentation and 415V motor control experience.
- Fluent communication in English.
- Willingness to suggest improvements to improve reliability.
Responsibilities
- Maintain electrical equipment and troubleshoot circuits.
- Assist with service calls during shifts.
- Read PLC logic and use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot production issues.
- Adhere to safety rules and promote safe work practices.
