Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-commerce Store Manager to oversee our online retail operations on Shopify and Amazon. This is a fully remote position, ideal for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of digital retail platforms, marketplace strategies, product optimization, and end-to-end store management. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring seamless operations, and managing the customer experience across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of our e-commerce stores on Shopify and Amazon.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profit margins.
  • Handle inventory management, product listing optimization, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and Shopify standards.
  • Oversee order fulfillment, logistics, and returns processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to coordinate email campaigns, social media ads, and influencer promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, cart abandonment) and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain accurate product descriptions, titles, images, and SEO best practices across platforms.
  • Manage customer service escalations and improve feedback ratings and reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Shopify and Amazon Seller Central platforms.
  • Strong command of SEO, PPC, product ranking strategies, and performance analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours
