Job Description:

We are recruiting for an E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to join Hermès GB, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data analysis and reconciliation

• Collect, organize, and study data about the client's purchase history to provide business insights, with an omnichannel approach.
• Use IT tools to identify and report any purchasing behavior that does not comply with company policies.
• Compare, verify, and harmonize data sets from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.

1. Management of transport, logistics, and information system incidents

• Follow up and manage delivery and return incidents with transport partners and Logistics team; resolve complaints and disputes.
• Identify and report anomalies in e-commerce information systems.

1. Payment and fraud

• Perform manual debit and refund operations.
• Track outstanding payments and payment statuses.
• Manage and resolve chargeback disputes and process claims.
• Generate omnichannel service reports and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with retail store teams to enhance customer shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will be an expert Excel user, capable of analyzing and manipulating data and formulas, and coaching the team accordingly. They should be approachable, pragmatic, and a strong team player. Given the operational and client communication aspects of the role, a client-centric mindset, ability to meet deadlines, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

• Experience in e-commerce operations, data analysis, finance, or similar roles.
