About the role:

Muzungu Sisters is looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Assistant to assist with all e-commerce functions, driving online growth and delivering exceptional digital customer service. In addition, this role supports the in-house team with general studio and administration tasks.

Reporting directly to the founders and working closely with the wider team, this role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of initiative, and a collaborative mindset to help ensure a smooth and inspiring customer journey from start to finish.

You will have to be a hands‑on person that is highly driven and self‑motivated, with a positive ‘can‑do’ attitude.

This is a full‑time position based in Notting Hill, London.

Key responsibilities:

Website & platform management

• Assist with day‑to‑day management of the Shopify website, ensuring homepage, navigation and products are merchandised and updated frequently and impactfully
• Conduct regular website audits to ensure page content, product content are consistent
• Assist with product uploads, including product photography and editing, product copywriting, inventory input and collections allocations
• Assist with in‑house physical stock management
• Analyse e‑commerce KPIs to inform marketing strategies

Order fulfilment & logistics

• Support online order fulfilment
• Pack orders, organise couriers and create shipping labels
• Problem‑solve shipment and logistics challenges that may arise

Customer service & CRM

• Responsible for delivering exceptional and responsive customer support on email, DMs and WhatsApp
• On‑hand to assist with in‑person sales and trunk shows

Marketing

• Assist with email marketing via Klaviyo through segments, campaigns and flows
• Liaise between digital marketing agency and founders to ensure campaigns are aligned with company ethos, tone of voice and overall marketing goals
• Create, plan and execute weekly and monthly digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
