A leading online fashion business in Greater Manchester is hiring an E-Commerce & Customer Support Assistant to manage online platforms and customer interactions. This role requires strong communication skills, basic photography skills, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms. You will contribute to product management, maintain listings, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective support.
We are recruiting for a proactive, tech‑savvy E‑Commerce & Customer Support Assistant to work as part of the IT department for an Online Fashion business.
The successful applicant will assist with the management and maintenance of online selling platforms, including the website, Amazon, eBay, and others. The E‑Commerce & Customer Support Assistant will also handle daily customer interactions (including via WhatsApp), share product images and updates, and support the business by capturing high‑quality photos of products.
