Overview

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a E-Commerce Category Lead FTC 13 months to be based in the UK.

The E-commerce Lead is responsible for defining and leading Red Bull’s digital commerce strategy across all online channels — including Bricks N Clicks, Pure Play, Quick Commerce, and Wholesale. The role will drive sales and category growth through digital innovation and strategic customer partnerships, shaping the long‑term digital vision and ensuring Red Bull leads the energy category online while delivering an exceptional consumer experience across every digital touchpoint.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership – Set and execute the UK E‑commerce strategy across all channels. Lead the online acceleration agenda, driving digital transformation across Pure Play, Bricks N Clicks, Q-Comm and Wholesale, while working closely with HQ to future‑prove online capabilities.
  • Media & Search Excellence – Lead retail media and search strategy across key platforms (Criteo, Citrus, Dunnhumby, Nectar360). Direct media investments to increase Red Bull’s online visibility and share of category, partner with brand and agency networks to optimise creative, targeting, and media efficiency, and optimise the digital shelf agenda.
  • Reporting & Budget Management – Oversee performance tracking and analytics for online sales, media performance, and digital share; manage budgets across media, tools, and market research to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building – Lead and develop the E‑commerce team, fostering high performance, collaboration, and innovation. Build capability across the broader sales and brand teams through training and digital upskilling and cultivate a results‑oriented culture built on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Partnership & Category Guidance – Develop value‑generative partnerships with key retail and wholesale partners, using insights to help them drive their total online category forward through activities such as improved shopper experience, merchandising, or online strategy. Drive industry understanding of e-commerce fundamentals via concepts like the E‑Wholesale Collective to generate continual category value growth at a market level.
