Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Execution of the retail trade plan to contribute to the delivery of the demand targets for the website/app and product categories.
  • Support in briefing and signing off creative to deliver the retail trade plan for the website/app home page and other promotional pages and campaigns.
  • Proactively ensure that the website/app are free of snags and issues, making suggestions for improved user experience and drive process to prevent issues.
  • Support in the analysis of the online demand and conversion activity and metrics, including completion of all required weekly and adhoc reports.
  • Supporting the Ecommerce Executive and working cross-functionally with the Digital, Optimisation and CRM teams to ensure that objectives are being met and conversion opportunities are being optimised.
  • Assist with the implementation of the category product plans and activity, working closely with the Buying & Merchandising teams.
  • Execute ad-hoc requests to ensure service messages are up to date on site/app.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role or a graduate with a relevant degree
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, work to deadlines and reprioritise where necessary
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and great attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent team player, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Is curious about the world of ecommerce, demonstrating knowledge of the customer, the market, technology and competition
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
