A leading recruitment agency is looking for an E-Commerce Account Executive to help optimise product listings and execute promotional strategies in a fast-growing online retail environment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in E-Commerce sales or marketing, as well as familiarity with management tools like Linnworks. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000 per annum, along with growth opportunities and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an E-Commerce Sales or Marketing role with hands-on marketplace experience.
  • Familiarity with Linnworks, Helium10 or other e-commerce management tools.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills for checks and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Optimise product listings, including titles, imagery, A+ content, and keywords.
  • Plan and execute promotions, such as seasonal sales, Black Friday, and Prime events.
  • Use Linnworks to maintain stock levels and listing upkeep.
  • Track competitor products and pricing, to identify category trends and opportunities.
  • Analyse customer reviews, questions, and returns to identify listing improvements.
