Job description

We're looking for a talented Dynamics Platform Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role you'll apply your software engineering expertise to develop new features, resolve bugs, tackle technical debt and continuously enhance our ways of working. Your contributions will help deliver high-quality impactful software solutions that bring real value to our customers.

What you'll be doing
  • Building clean maintainable features and resolving end-to-end issues with a thoughtful solutions-oriented approach to drive effective customer outcomes
  • Managing technical debt proactively to ensure our systems remain secure, resilient and reliable
  • Improving testing strategies to uphold exceptional customer experiences with a strong focus on security, usability and accessibility
  • Participating in code reviews that consider both functional and non-functional requirements performance, maintainability, resiliency and security
  • Enhancing team practices across security, quality, deployment, monitoring and operations to support seamless and safe production releases
  • Contributing actively to team discussions and knowledge sharing to foster collaboration and ensure smooth sprint delivery
  • Developing your skills through ongoing training and continuous learning aligned with your role and discipline
  • Upholding Legal & General principles on Customer Experience and Treating Customers Fairly in all aspects of our work
Qualifications
