ManpowerGroup UK is seeking a Navision expert who thinks about the whole system before coding. You will join a Microsoft Gold Partner focused on quality, delivering highly customised BC/NAV solutions for major customers.

You will analyse customer systems, translate requirements into robust NAV solutions, and own delivery from analysis to deployment, with a collaborative team and hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Expert Navision/Dynamics NAV development experience.
• Strong C/AL and C/SIDE skills.
• Proven experience working on complex, highly customised NAV systems.
• A methodical, analytical approach with a strong understanding of system architecture.
• Confidence engaging with customers and translating requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer systems in depth and understand how everything fits together.
• Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and the business need behind them.
• Design and write robust code that solves the problem without breaking anything else.
• Take a step back to see the wider picture, considering the impact of every change across the whole solution.
• Take ownership of your work from analysis through to delivery.
