A leading Microsoft Partner is looking for an experienced Dynamics NAV/BC Support Consultant to join their growing team. The successful candidate will address support queries through various channels, manage cases to meet SLA targets, and deliver consultancy for ISV installations. Ideal applicants should possess strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a business that is passionate about delivering exceptional service and investing in its people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve NAV/BC support queries via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Manage and prioritise support cases to meet SLA targets.
  • Analyse problems, investigate data, and propose solutions.
  • Attend project handover meetings to ensure smooth transitions to support.
  • Deliver consultancy for ISV installs (Jet/Continia) and manage CaaS Wave Releases.
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC (essential).
  • MB-800 certification (advantageous).
  • Background in a Microsoft Partner environment preferred.
  • Experience implementing Jet Reports and Continia solutions.
  • Familiarity with ISVs such as Spindle, Dime Scheduler, Zetadocs.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and maintenance plans.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
