Job summary

A leading housing association in the UK is seeking a professional to support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations customers. The role involves troubleshooting systems and managing customer engagement. Job Overview

Location: Hybrid / flexible base location.

Salary: London: £36,469 to £54,704 per annum; National: £33,593 to £50,389 per annum.

Hours: 36 hours per week.

Contract Type: Permanent.

This role focuses on supporting our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations customers, helping them troubleshoot and improve their systems.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers regularly to communicate new features introduced in each release.
  • Manage and monitor change and release processes, ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new solutions under the guidance of technical leads and solution architects.
  • Monitor day‑to‑day operation of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations estate.
  • Act as the third‑line support for customer support calls, troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
  • Determine impact and priority for incidents reported, coordinating with relevant teams.
Qualifications
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Finance & Supply Chain Management.
  • Working knowledge of finance‑related business processes such as purchase ledger, general ledger, and workflow.
  • Excellent analytical problem‑solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Certification as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant or equivalent technical experience.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available.
  • Residency requirement: must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.

This hybrid role offers base locations across England and flexible working arrangements. Occasional travel may be required to designated office bases and other Clarion offices as needed.
