Job summary

Arm in London is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer for a 4-month contract, Inside IR35, with remote working options.

You will build and enhance Dynamics 365 apps, Power Platform solutions, and integrate with Dataverse, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

This role involves delivery within Agile teams and production deployments, with governance and documentation responsibilities across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse and Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Experience delivering solutions within Agile environments.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise CRM platforms within a complex organisational environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and enhance Dynamics 365 applications and Power Platform solutions.
• Deliver approved system enhancements, workflow automation and process improvements.
• Build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows and Dataverse components.
• Support development of customer-facing digital capabilities including forms, portals and self-service functionality.
• Resolve development-related defects and technical issues.
• Support application maintenance and ongoing platform improvements.
• Assist with technical investigations and root cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation and release records.
• Deliver agreed technical work packages within approved projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Support testing activities across Development, SIT and UAT environments.
• Contribute to deployment planning and release readiness activities.
