A financial institution in Bristol is seeking a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to design and implement a new CRM system, focusing on data and capabilities reuse. You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead workshops, and configure Dynamics 365 components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Agile methodologies, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

In your new role, in line with the overarching Wealth strategy, you’ll be accountable for understanding and challenging business needs across multiple client journeys, acting as a thought partner to the business, leveraging Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power Platform out-of-the box components as much as possible. You’ll be responsible for producing business requirements underpinning future state re-engineered and streamlined processes, focusing on data and capabilities re-use.
In the course of your work, we’ll also look to you to build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with frontline and operational business colleagues, technology teams in WCDIO and in the rest of Natwest Group, aiming to re-use existing patterns and components when relevant.

We’ll look to you to bring a good understanding of Agile values, principles and methodologies with experience of working within cross-functional global Agile teams. Additionally, you’ll need to hold an appropriate business analyst certification.
You’ll also need deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with hands-on experience of model-driven apps, such as tables, relationships, forms, columns, business rules, workflows and security.
