Job summary

Hesley Group is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to replace its accounting software. The Systems Accountant will lead the finance systems transformation, mapping processes, configuring ledgers, supporting data cleansing, and ensuring robust controls.

You will train users, test thoroughly, and collaborate with external partners to deliver a scalable solution aligned with growth plans. Strong accounting and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant with accounting background.
• Experience implementing finance systems and process improvements.
• Strong IT skills, especially Excel and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Map current finance processes and design ledgers and reporting structures.
• Support data cleansing, migration and testing activities.
• Configure and deploy the new finance system with controls and P2P workflows.
• Provide training and ongoing support post go-live.
• Drive process improvements and maximise system functionality.
