Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant, D365 F&O Consultant, D365 Finance Consultant, ERP Finance Consultant, D365 Functional Consultant, Project Accounting, PMA, Project Management and Accounting, Project Operations, D365 F&O, D365, Dynamics AX - Permanent - UK Wide - £60,000 to £75,000 per annum

Our client, a leading Microsoft Partner, is seeking a committed and experienced Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant with strong exposure to Project Accounting to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations and play a key role in the delivery of complex, project-based finance solutions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong experience delivering Dynamics 365 Finance solutions in a consulting capacity
  • In-depth knowledge of Project Accounting including Project Management and Accounting (PMA) or Project Operations
  • Hands‑on experience with project billing, WBS, contracts, revenue recognition, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience with fixed price and T&M project models
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Microsoft certifications are desirable
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and collaborative
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance
  • Gather requirements, run client workshops, and produce functional documentation
  • Configure and tailor Project Accounting modules (PMA / Project Operations) to client needs
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and billing models across fixed price and time and material projects
  • Collaborate with technical teams and other functional consultants across the project lifecycle
  • Contribute to testing, training, and post‑go‑live support
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor

Location: UK Wide - hybrid working with occasional client site travel
