Are you ready to take the lead in shaping how Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations drives change across a global business?

Source & Connect is partnering with a rapidly growing international organisation to find a Senior D365 F&O Developer who will:

Lead a small development team

Deliver impactful customisations and integrations

Work directly with senior stakeholders to optimise Finance & Operations across multiple regions

This is a high-impact role where you'll combine hands-on technical delivery with leadership, driving innovation and performance in a business that values technology as a growth enabler.

Requirements:

Expert knowledge of X++ and Dynamics 365 F&O

Strong understanding of core finance modules and how to turn business processes into technical solutions

Integration skills across REST APIs, Power Platform, and Azure

Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as LCS, Azure DevOps, and Git

A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
