Job summary

Kingdom People is seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to lead the design, optimisation, and delivery of solutions across our Microsoft Dynamics landscape. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and partners to translate requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions that support evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Lead functional design and requirements workshops across business units.
• Analyse complex business processes and translate them into Dynamics 365 configurations.
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 modules (F&O) following best practices.
• Create detailed functional specs for integrations, customisations, and extensions.
• Support end-to-end delivery including testing, UAT, training, and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, solution architecture discussions, and requirements workshops across business units.
• Analyse complex business processes and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 configurations and solutions.
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 modules (F&O) aligned with industry best practices.
• Create detailed functional specifications for integrations, customisations, and extensions.
• Support end to end project delivery including testing, UAT coordination, training, documentation, and go live support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are robust and maintainable.
• Provide guidance on governance, data quality, release management, and system optimisation.
• Champion continuous improvement to enhance workflows and user experience.
• Work in large, multisystem environments and balance competing priorities.
• Assist data analysts and system admins to achieve cross-team KPI metrics.
