Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking an experienced D365 CE Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design for enterprise-scale programmes across multiple industries. You will work with clients and internal teams to shape transformation roadmaps and deliver scalable CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure.

The role combines architecture leadership with hands-on design activities, enabling delivery teams to implement innovative Microsoft solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing Dynamics 365 CE solutions for large-scale enterprise programmes.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform and cloud integrations.
• Experience with architecture governance and security standards.
• Ability to lead workshops and client sessions on architecture and strategy.
• Eligible for SC Clearance or equivalent security access.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design of Dynamics 365 CE solutions for enterprise-scale programmes.
• Engage clients to understand business challenges and define solution roadmaps.
• Produce high-level and low-level designs for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and integrations.
• Design integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and third-party applications.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and run architecture reviews.
• Support pre-sales activities, proposals and client presentations where required.
